Given the amazing success of last year, the fantastic event that gives joy and color to the city of Reggio Emilia is back in town!
Do not miss the exceptional “Pink Wednesday”. Visit the Locanda Le Due Querce to give yourself an escape of fun and relaxation.
What do we mean with Pink Wednesday?
We are talking about the best way to welcome the summer: open shops, thematic paths of music, dances, evenings of art and entertainment. It is a special event that gives a new face to the city, thanks to the participation of many people, from neighboring areas and beyond! Last year’s turnout and public appreciation have encouraged the improvement of an already excellent organization involving local merchants and operators. The animation affects the beautiful old town and allows you to meet the needs of all participants, from the grown up to the younger participants.
The ninth edition of the Pink Wednesday includes four fantastic events in July, accompanied by a warm “Welcome back summer!” – We can finally announce the calendar of dates, in which you will have the opportunity to participate in many interesting events:
• 04th July
• 11th July
• 18th July
• 25th July
Don’t miss the chance: discover Reggio Emilia!
This initiative is very important for Reggio Emilia, because it allows you to admire the wonderful old town, with a different perspective! Taking advantage of this opportunity you will have the opportunity to get to know the magnificent city, certainly famous internationally for Parmigiano and Lambrusco wine… but not only! Reggio Emilia, which has about 167,000 inhabitants, is characterized by a unique and unmistakable style of architecture, countryside and marvelous green areas alternating with magnificent castles.
Many of the initiatives proposed by the “Pink Wednesday” event will give you the opportunity to visit the pulsating heart of the city, the beautiful Piazza Prampolini: home to the most important events in the city and to the weekly market. Looking for some architectural majesty? Visit the City Hall Palace, Bordello Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, Palazzo delle Notarie and Palazzo del Podestà with the Clock Tower.
